Trouble downloading
the trial?
Due to security, most organisations have
firewall restrictions or other security policies in place. The
file size is 80+ MB, you may need to contact your network administrator
to access the file.
If you are still having problems call our support team on +44
(0)1425 477555 or email
them and at your request we will send a free 21 day trial in
the post for you.
How can I purchase?
Online
You can purchase MindManager on-line through our web site using
our SECURE online purchase system. Our online system is powered
by SECPAY and is completely secure. We take all major credit
cards and have no credit card surcharges.
Telephone
You can call us to take your order over the phone if you experience
problems purchasing online or you would just rather feel safer
giving us your credit card details in this way.
Purchase Order
Official Purchase Orders can be faxed to +44 (0) 1425
204672 (subject to approval), and we will invoice your company
on delivery. Our invoice terms are strictly 30 days nett.
Payment by cheque
We accept orders and payment by cheque. Cheque's should be made
payable to Visual Technology Solutions Limited and posted together
with your order details.

Bank Transfer
We can accept payment via bank transfer if required. Please
call us to obtain our Bank details.
Can I purchase
if I am outside the UK?
Yes you can. We are able to ship to countries
in the EU FREE and most other countries for £24.95. Prices exc
VAT.
If you are purchasing within the EU and have an EU VAT number,
you can purchase without paying VAT by faxing your order and
EU VAT Registration Number to our Sales Team on +44 (0) 1425
204672. We will then arrange for shipment once payment has been
arranged.
Alternatively, you can place your order through our web site,
fax/email confirmation of your EU VAT Registration Number and
we will credit your payment card with the VAT amount from your
purchase.
Can I upgrade
from a previous version?
Yes you can, we do however need to validate
that you currently have an existing copy of Mindmanager, you
can provide a previous proof of purchase or provide us a licence
key from within the programme.
To obtain your current licence key, click on ‘help’ and ‘about
mindmanager’ and then click on the licence button to obtain
your key from the programme.
What happens
when I order?
All orders received by us through our
secure server before 4pm that require CD’s will be dispatched
that evening via Royal Mail.
All ESD (Electronic Software Downloads), an email will be sent to you with a licence key and a link to download the software.
What happens
if I haven’t received my E-mail or Delivery?
You can call the main number quoting your
online order number, or email customer services, and one of
our staff will be more than willing to help resolve any problems.

Can I get training
on the software?
We do offer a wide range of training solutions
from product awareness to training with an application ie Microsoft
Project/ Office or even one of your own bespoke applications.
You can also attend one of our open training courses. We can
also run training courses online so you don’t even have to leave
your desk.
Education, Charity
and Non-Profit Discounts
If you are an educational, registered
charity or a non-profit making organisation you qualify for
the reduced pricing, you need to provide proof along with your
order to secure these prices. We can accept official purchase
orders, fax letterheads or official email addresses as confirmation.
Once we receive valid confirmation, your order can then be dispatched.
Product Updates
Should Mindjet release a higher version
of your software within 12 months of your purchase date, you
will receive a no-cost upgrade to the newer version of the same
product. No-cost upgrades do not apply to products higher in
the line.

Our team of qualified business consultants
can talk to you about implementing new working procedures and
change management to empower your organisation to communicate,
