Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions for our training and consultancy offerings:

Web Based

General:-
All sessions are booked subject to availability of a trainer
Calls can only be made to UK based landlines and mobile telephones can not be used for the actual sessions.
All sessions must be booked online.
Prices are based on a per person basis.

Cancellation:-
In the event that the training can not take place on the scheduled date we will arrange an alternate date. If one can not be agreed we will refund your booking fee in full.

If you cancel the session we will refund 90% of the booking fee if cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled date. 50% will be refunded for cancellations received within 1 week of the scheduled date. Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date will not be eligible for refund.

Fundamentals and Introduction

General:-
All sessions are booked subject to availability of a trainer
All sessions must be paid for at the time of booking

Trainers Expenses:-
Where applicable, any expenses that are incurred by the trainer will be invoiced for at cost. Milage will be invoiced at £0.47 per mile. Accomodation and all other forms of travel will be at cost.
All invoices for trainers expenses are payable upon receipt.

Cancellation:-

If you cancel the session we will refund 50% of the booking fee if cancelled within 4 weeks of the scheduled date. 25% will be refunded for cancellations received within 2 weeks of the scheduled date. Any sessions cancelled within 2 weeks of the scheduled date will not be eligible for refund.
